That's why we invested in visualization technology so that you can see it in your space before buying. Simply ask our flooring expert about the Visualizer and we'll walk you through how to use the technology within your own space.
We started Floor It out of the mobile showroom so we had to think outside of the box and build custom displays. Building custom allowed us the opportunity to include many different styles and colors for multiple product categories. Product categories include: Carpet, Luxury Vinyl, Tile, Hardwood, and Commercial Flooring. Essentially everything a customer would want out of a brick-n-mortar store, but in a custom trailer that travels from consultation to consultation.
It is our belief that customers should have confiedence in their quote being as accurate as possible to keep their project within budget. In order to do that, we have to physically see the project as every situation is different. That is why our in-home consultation is completely free. No commitments or purchases are necessary. We factor in items like; floor height from room to room, will the new flooring impede from opening doors, and other factors that the everyday consumer typically isn't aware of. The 20+ years of knowledge included during the in-home consulation is worth over $239.95, but we are proud to offer the consultation for FREE. (Yes, we'd enjoy working with you on the project but at the end of the day, the in-home consultation is not a commitment to hire us.)
With over 20 years of expierence, we know there is more to flooring than just picking a pretty color and getting it installed like most salespeople would like you to believe. During the in-home consultation we discuss your goals, measure the project, cover an array of products & solutions, narrow down the best products for your situation, and share the most accurate pricing before leaving your home. It's not cheap to give away a service like this, but we've seen it create happy and confident customers time after time.
Sadly, the flooring industry has a bad reputation for installation issues and not returning calls. It's at this point that most consumers ask themselves 'Was my free installation truely worth it?' That is why we were the first for many years to take a different approach. Instead of sub-contracting out your project, we added a team of professionally trained installers to our payroll that work soley for Floor It. This allows us to send the installer back to your project and cover expenses in the event of an installation defect. So in 3-years, you simply call us without worrying about the headache of trying to track down an out-of-town sub-contractor.
Even though we carry a wide array of products, we do accept installation-only projects. This is not our first preference as every product has a different build-quality and installation guideline to follow. In order to ensure your project is successful, a labor upcharge is applied to cover the additional time, equipment costs, and other added expenses.
